XC will follow straight on from the SJ.
No scoring apart from Dressage Sheets which can be collected from the Secretary’s at the Stretch Tent
Show Jumping on all weather arena or Grass depending on weather
Cross Country courses designed by Judith Shipton Ellis
All rounds will be monitored by Cross Country Steward.

STABLING
On site stabling can be booked
Withdrawals and refunds
Refunds will be given minus a £10 admin fee for any reason before 22nd May
Withdrawals after 22nd May are non-refundable.
Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled for any reason, all entries will be refunded minus a £10 cancellation
fee. Please note booking fees are not refundable.
Please wear tidy riding clothes; show attire is optional. Hats to current PAS-015 standard
should be worn at all times when mounted. Body Protectors must be worn for the cross
country phase
All dogs must be kept on leads at all times
HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
The Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and
safety of every person present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all
reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the
instructions of the organiser and all the officials and stewards.
Please note that all competitors MUST have someone accompanying them to Breckenbrough and all competitors MUST have public liability insurance.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Except for the negligence of the Organisers and their agents or others for whom in law they
are responsible, the Organisers do not accept responsibility in respect of any accident, loss,
damage, injury, illness or disease caused to or suffered by any horse, owner, rider, spectator,
sponsor, and others present at the site of the Event and their property, vehicles and
accoutrements.
